Form Custom Tool
This desktop software was developed using Visual Studio 2019 (C++) as a Win32 Application. The primary goal of the project is to convert each form submission into a digitally encoded dataset using QR barcode technology, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compatible with modern digital systems.

📄 Project Overview:
The system is currently in use by the Identity Division at the Directorate of Equipment, Iraqi Ministry of Education in Mosul – Iraq. It has processed and generated over 50,000 digital forms for teachers and staff across the country, both through centralized offices and independent use.
It features a user-friendly window interface for entering personal and job information, with automatic error checking. Once completed, the form is printed with dual QR codes (fully functional offline). These QR codes can be scanned via mobile phones to synchronize with a custom-built server-side tool (developed in C++) that allows live editing and connection with desktop systems.
The full solution integrates directly with the official Ministry of Education software, automating form data entry and digitization processes.
